Yoga asana and Pranayama is the most beneficial in combination for wellness. Small in person groups are ideal for cost saving while learning yoga as therapy customised for individuals. Each student receives individual attention and care as per their needs similar to private lessons.

The routine is structured to teach the therapeutic aspects of yoga with precision. In postures, it offers an opportunity to learn good alignment for repetitive poses weaved in flow classes. Maintaining good alignment while holding poses builds strength and stability with heightened awareness preventing injury.

Unlike regular classes at yoga studios, these sessions are designed to teach individuals with precision, customised to their abilities and needs.

In pranayama, proper techniques are crucial as breath regulates the nervous system as it heals you from the inside out. What you learn in each session will be incorporated in your take home self practice routine.
